In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. Access to the 777cx Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction. 777cx operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
2.2 Age Verification. 777cx will conduct age verification checks at the point of registration and, where deemed necessary, before processing any withdrawal request. Players may be required to submit a valid copy of their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification document to confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.
2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the Platform. It is solely the Player's responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers on 777cx. 777cx does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
2.4 Single Account per Household. Where multiple players reside at the same address, each individual may register their own account, but 777cx reserves the right to request additional identity documentation to confirm that accounts are not operated by the same individual. Bonus eligibility for players sharing an IP address or device may be restricted.
2.5 Capacity to Contract. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not acting under duress or undue influence, and that you fully understand the financial risks associated with gambling.
3.1 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your 777cx account. Any material misrepresentation — including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact details — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account on the 777cx Platform. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or shadow accounts — whether under the same identity or a different alias — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777cx will close all accounts in excess of one and may withhold associated balances pending a full investigation.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777cx login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 777cx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 777cx support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
3.4 KYC Process. 777cx reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the player relationship — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where there is reasonable cause to verify identity. Required documents may include a CNIC, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 777cx may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.5 Account Currency. All 777cx accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of transaction.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777cx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC (at designated authorised agents). 777cx does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.
4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out on the relevant payment pages within the 777cx Platform and are subject to change at 777cx's discretion. Players will be notified of any material changes to minimum transaction thresholds via the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that the relevant funds are not subject to an active Wagering Requirement. 777cx aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed at the point of withdrawal request, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Rule. Where operationally possible, 777cx will return withdrawal funds via the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, in compliance with AML obligations. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be used following satisfactory completion of additional verification.
4.5 Refused Transactions. 777cx reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified, and 777cx may request additional documentation before releasing the hold.
4.6 AML Compliance. 777cx is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. All transactions are monitored. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities. Players must not use the 777cx Platform to facilitate any form of money laundering or financial crime.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by 777cx are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. These specific terms take precedence over this general clause where there is any conflict. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before accepting it.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is presented.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 777cx prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using systematically low-risk staking strategies designed to complete Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 777cx reserves the right to cancel all associated bonus funds and winnings and permanently suspend the account.
5.4 Promotional Eligibility. 777cx reserves the right to restrict promotional offers to specific player segments, payment methods, game categories, or geographic locations. Players who are enrolled in the self-exclusion programme or who have set deposit limits may have their eligibility for certain promotions restricted as part of responsible gaming controls.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated free spins are subject to expiry deadlines. Unused Bonus Funds or free spins that have not been activated within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.1 RNG Certification. All 777cx RNG-based games operate on independently certified Random Number Generation technology. The outcomes of all games are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by 777cx or any Player. 6.2 Live Dealer Games. 777cx live dealer games — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat — are streamed from professional studio environments. Live game results are final once the dealer has confirmed the round outcome. Technical interruptions during a live game round will be resolved in accordance with the specific live game provider's malfunction policy, a copy of which is available on request.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game — whether RNG-based or live — 777cx reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant wager to the Player's account balance. No compensation beyond the original stake amount will be payable in the event of a confirmed technical malfunction.
6.4 Sportsbook Rules. All cricket betting and other sportsbook markets on 777cx are governed by the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Bet settlement follows the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). 777cx reserves the right to void bets where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
6.5 Accepted Bets. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform returns a confirmed bet reference number to the Player. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference due to connectivity or technical issues are not considered accepted. Players are responsible for verifying that their bets have been successfully placed before the relevant market closes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cx Platform. Engagement in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the 777cx Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphic assets, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 777cx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 Limited Licence. 777cx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, modification, public performance, or reverse engineering of any Platform component.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content supplied by third-party software providers on the 777cx Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. 777cx does not warrant that such content is free from third-party claims and accepts no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from third-party game content.
9.1 Data Collection. 777cx collects personal data from Players solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
9.2 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the 777cx Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 Cookie Usage. The 777cx Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, personalise your experience, and analyse Platform usage. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the 777cx Privacy Policy. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may impair Platform functionality.
9.4 Communications. By registering, you consent to receiving transactional communications from 777cx — including account verification, deposit confirmation, and withdrawal status messages — via email or SMS. Marketing communications are subject to separate opt-in consent, which may be withdrawn at any time by contacting 777cx support.
10.1 No Warranties. The 777cx Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 777cx makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous Platform availability, we make no warranty — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
10.2 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cx's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 777cx account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses. 777cx shall not be liable under any circumstances for: loss of profits; loss of gaming opportunity; loss of data; reputational damage; indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any nature; or losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
10.4 Force Majeure. 777cx shall not be in breach of this Agreement or liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, network or telecommunications failure, cyberattack, or natural disaster.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their 777cx account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC and no outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
11.2 Suspension for Breach. 777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of suspension pending investigation, the relevant balance will be held and released only if the Player is cleared of any breach.
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their own access to the 777cx Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be deactivated and no new registrations from the same individual will be accepted. 11.4 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed by 777cx due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 777cx reserves the right to withhold the account balance as partial restitution for damages incurred, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.
12.1 Internal Complaints Procedure. Any dispute relating to a game result, a transaction, a bonus calculation, or any other aspect of the 777cx service should first be submitted to the 777cx support team via [email protected]. Please provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue. 777cx will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
12.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints procedure, you may request escalation to the 777cx Compliance Department. The Compliance Department will conduct an independent review and issue a final decision within 28 working days of receiving the escalation.
12.3 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
12.4 Language. All dispute correspondence must be submitted in English. 777cx may, at its discretion, accommodate correspondence in Urdu where an English translation is provided simultaneously.
13.1 Right to Amend. 777cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 777cx Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
13.3 Version History. 777cx maintains a version history of these Terms & Conditions. Players may request a copy of any prior version by contacting support. The current version, identified by its "Last Updated" date in the page header, always supersedes all prior versions.
